AFTER SALES SUPPORT
Apart from
the sale of capital machinery, we at Bergen take the undiminished
care of the machines sold by us, starting from shipping of the
machine. The main activities of “Bergen
Customer Support Division” are:
Pre Installation Services
i) Site Preparation Guide:
Service Department sends a complete guide for the site preparation
of respective machine, which includes:
1) Technical Data of the machine
2) Site plan for the installation and setup of the machine
3) Utilities/services requirements
4) Accessories required e.g. A.C, Stabilizer etc.
5) Raw material required
ii) Pre Installation Visits:
Our
engineers visit customer’s site
for the inspection and guidance to the customer and help the
customer to prepare the site, as per the requirement of the
respective machine.
INSTALLATION
AND COMMISSIONING
Upon
completion of installation requirements, our proficient engineers
team undertake the activity of installation and commissioning
of the machine at customer’s plant.
We also provide operation and routine maintenance training
to the operators and application support to ensure smooth production.
IN WARRANTY SERVICES
We put our
peerless efforts to take care customer’s machine
during warranty period free of charge. During Warranty period,
we also provide quarterly preventive maintenance services.
Post
Warranty Services:
We respond with responsibility after the warranty
period too and serve the customer regularly by providing preventive
maintenance and attend to the machines incase of any breakdown.
We offer Annual Maintenance Contract to our customers.
Training
We organize in-house,
as well as practical on-site training to update and advance the
knowledge of customer’s
engineers.
We provide training in following areas:
1) Operation of the machines
2) Maintenance of the machines
3) Application and process support
ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACT
Spare Parts Support
We feel proud to mention that we maintain huge inventory of
the consumable, critical and fast moving spare parts for majority
of the machines, to support our customers at the time
of breakdown.
Refurbishing and shifting of the machine
As we are committed to provide our everlasting services to the
customers, we offer our services for refurbishing and shifting
machines as per the desire of the customer on chargeable basis.
Infrastructure
We have a separate
wing of well equipped competent engineers, who are trained at
the plant of our Principals and dedicated to after sales service
only. Our response time is maximum 24 hours, in normal circumstances.
Every year we send our engineers to the principal’s plant
for updating their knowledge.
